Tahnoon Nimer responds after Charlton statement accepting his resignation
Tanhoon Nimer has issued a statement on his Instagram account insisting he is still a Director at Charlton Athletic.
The statement also states that he will remove all funding until Matt Southall is removed from his position as the clubs Executive Chairman and he is able to make changes to who is running the club.
That statement came in response to one released by Southall that appeared on Charlton’s website this morning stating that the Board of Directors had ‘reluctantly accepted’ Nimer’s resignation with immediate effect.
However, the Syrian Businessman who’s company Panorama Magic General Contracting LLC are owners of 65% of shares in Charlton Athletic Football Company, has insisted he is not leaving the club.
